We regret to announce the death of M. B. Glenn, which took place in this city on the 3d inst.  Mr. Glenn was a printer, and for some time had been employed in the Republican office.
He was a young man of fine talents and excellent habits, and was highly esteemed by all his acquaintances.  When the 100th regiment was organized, though in bad health, he laid down the rule and the printers shooting stick, for weapons of a different character, and volunteered in Capt. Bartlett’s company.  After months of service he was compelled by ill health to come home, but he did not live long after arriving amongst his friends.
